The simpin' from Sanji can be a bit too much for some folk. I know he fell down my list of favorites post time skip.
As of now for me it's Luffy and Zoro at the top in the same bracket followed by Usopp then Robin.

To be honest I think Usopp is a more interesting character. Let's be reality, all Sanji ever does is simp whatever female happens to be around. Not hating but he hasn't really changed since the start of the series.
Usopp has had more character development. Plus he has the GOAT alter-ego -
