That would be a disaster. Hibbert and West are traditional big's who you just dump the ball into so there's no need for a over dribbling PG. They just need to smack George Hill upside the head every time he turns the ball over.

Rondo can't shoot though. The spacing on the floor would be terrible. Hibbert would have no room to operate in the paint and the defense would just collapse on him because Rondo is not a threat from outside. They don't need Rondo they just need a PG who doesn't turn the ball over a million times and has a decent jumper to keep defenses from collapsing on Hibbert in the paint.
