Only ONE coach has been fired under LeBron's watch during his last 13 years in the league.

Mike Brown was there with LeBron for five years and wasn't fired until after LeBron played his last game with the team. The same Mike Brown that barely lasted a year with Kobe and only lasted a year in his non-LeBron second stint in Cleveland.

Eric Spolstra was there with LeBron for all four years in Miami.

Tyronne Lue was there with LeBron for his last three years in Cleveland. Couldn't even last six games after LeBron left.


Only guy who got fired was Blatt, and Paul Silas back in LeBron's rookie year (when he didn't have that kind of power at all). Coaches got more job security with LeBron than they do in most of the rest of the league, especially crazy they're all lasting considering how bad they are. What did you see Brown, Blatt, or Lue do after they parted ways with LeBron?

Luke modernized our offense from the byron scott BS and improved our defense last year. Even had Nick Young playing defense. If we didn't get injuries last year we might've ended with a .500 record. He's not a bad coach and should be allowed a full season with this squad. His rotations have been annoying, but he's experimenting with a new team.
