Think the only person to leave out of that timeframe with relevance is Remy Ma, but even she'd trade Joe's life for Pun's.

This dude was never signed to Joe he signed his own deal with Universal and dropped an album that flopped badly.

Nah, Cuban wasn't officially signed to Joe. He didn't want to be.

He didn't want to release his music under Joe anymore, after Pun passed. So they had issues over that because he was supposed to drop on TS. So once he started acting up, Joe cut him off and told him to just drop on Atlantic directly. But Atlantic didn't want him without the TS affiliation. His career was over after that.

Remy was also Pun's people. But she's always been loyal to Joe, so Joe has taken care of her. Joe looks out for his people. But Cuban was a weirdo and resented Joe. Even 24 years ago. So he started going on radio and saying crazy sh*t. And that's what got him throw out.

I heard it from Fat Joe's own mouth and his tip-toeing around suggesting a blackball or shelving over the album. That includes the obviously fugzai projection numbers. Let's just be objective. Fat Joe says projected 20k of sales, in one of the peak CD buying eras, with P!nk (at height) on the single, too? In the midst of Pun's passing, no less, so there was additional exposure outside whatever they spent on marketing.

I judge Joe very negatively here and between the sideways talk about 24K, or him leading on Armageddon for decades, or solidifying nobody else got to the front lets me know the time he's on. I understand you have something on a personal level here and I appreciate you mentioning that because most wouldn't. And for the record, I'm not discrediting Cuban's own buffoonery, because he has that pendejo in him too.

But I go on what I've seen and heard from the chubby man himself. In results, nobody else from that time frame ate once Pun passed no matter the loyalty. There are pretty good examples with Armageddon and Remy Ma, as stated before.

For relation to the thread, it ain't far fetched to see Joe stretching something to make himself look good. Breh lies extra for the sauce - good or bad.
