Georgia law says that if a person has been convicted of any of the following crimes, s/he cannot have or buy a gun:

  • has been convicted of a felony in any state or in another country; currently has felony charges pending against him/her (but hasn’t yet been convicted) or is a fugitive from justice;
Mans is cooked.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
How much is Quando Rondo worth?
Quando Rondo is an American Rapper that has a net worth of $2.6 million dollars as of November 2020.
Bro I think he's trying to tell you, first off, worth doesn't mean cold hard cash... And usually that's a lie on those sites anyway... And also, a good lawyer will charge a million for a high profile murder case.. And they charge hourly for every bit of work they do..

Yea he COULD be rich... Lets just say he's worth 3 million... No.... Lets say he has 3 million in cash...Do you think he'd spend a third of his cash on this? Mind you, his career is in jeopardy after all this. He's losing money and will when promoters/companies see this type of fukkery going on around him?

It's not can he afford one.. It's can he afford one good enough to win while not going broke to pay him

In a fair court he would get possession and self defense. Hell they probably wouldn’t even give a wm possession. The kid in Wisconsin killed somebody with illegal possession and he got called a hero.:patrice:

Lul tim was awaiting trial for felony charges that involved guns and drugs. :beli:

Any halfway decent prosecutor is going to paint him as a menace to society.

Rittenhouse deserves time too but lul tim handed the courts a conviction.

Even so the court tends to side with the right to self defense. You being a felon doesn't negate your right to self-defense. He'll should see time but not murder 1 time.

FindLaw's Supreme Court of Georgia case and opinions.

Closest thing I can find to GA precedence on a case like this .

Leeks defense pretty much hinges on if the prosecutor can disprove their self defense claim and given Von, nor anyone in his crew, displayed or discharged weapons, dude has a flimsy case.

And Leeks wasn't charged with Murder 1. He got charged with Felony Murder (among other things) a significantly harder charge to beat and carries a life sentence or death penalty in GA

Thats not a similar case. That guy was threatening to bury the victim before he killed him. This was spontaneous violence where 15 guys surrounded a couple dudes.

GA’s self defense law doesn’t require weapons, its like Florida where you can use lethal force to prevent “great bodily harm”:

(a) A person is justified in threatening or using force against another when and to the extent that he or she reasonably believes that such threat or force is necessary to defend himself or herself or a third person against such other's imminent use of unlawful force; however, except as provided in Code Section 16-3-23 , a person is justified in using force which is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm only if he or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily injury to himself or herself or a third person or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.

  • You can use force when you reasonably believe that the force is necessary in order to protect yourself or a third party against another person's imminent use of unlawful force.
  • The scope of the force that you can use depends on whether you reasonably believe that the type of force is necessary to defend yourself or a third party.
  • You may use deadly force only if you reasonably believe that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm to you, or to another, or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.

nikka.. i been in and out of prison for 23 years of my life. Don’t tell me how shyt works
good for you. You have experience with losing cases

Being stupid enough to be in and out of prison for 23 years leads me to believe you’re too stupid to know how this will play out legally.

Jury Finds Georgia Felon Has Right to Self Defense

Can a Felon Possess a Gun and/or a Firearm if His Life Depends on it? - Hills at Law, P.C

Read the article because you spew bullshyt. This is GEORGIA case law precedent. Felons have a right to self defense, even when using a firearm. However, they will generally be charged with possession of a illegal firearm, but would beat the murder charge due to self defense out of necessity.

You nikkas need to stop with your law and order analysis
