It's "hate" because if we're judging Kendrick the same way we judge all the other MCs who get or have gotten critical acclaim it's at the point where you have to give him his props. How can you claim you love Hip Hop and NOT like a MC who has dropped damn near flawless HIP HOP projects from jump? nikkas is hating. I heard a bunch of Kendrick music over the last year and I realised how he has no quotables.
He rhymes well enough with ample aggression but nothing stood out..no bars stuck in my head reciting them to myself.
