I agree with Lupe Kendrick can rap his ads off and makes dooe.music so don't think he's one of the greatest lyricists though
As a dude over 30 who’s from Chicago, I mess with both Lupe and Kendrick. Lupe is a superior lyricist as far as putting words together, double entendres, etc. Kendrick isn’t wack by any means, but he’s simply made more enjoyable music with more replay value.
If I had to rank their albums as far as enjoyability combined with quality, it would go...

I can name many artists who writes better than Lupe. Get the fukk outta here. I'm not impressed or entertained with that overly complex shyt. Sit down and listen to Nas on It Was Written or GZA on anything or Rakim on Paid In Full and then get back to me. Them dudes are doing less and are LEAGUES better at conveying powerful images than Lupe.
