Jay Elect Is on par with Lupe, better though? not a chance. Only rappers better than Lupe have time, multiple classics, and consistency under their belts (Nas, Jay-Z, Common, LEGENDS)

Jay Electronica still has to prove he can deliver an album first. Talent wise he's there, but can he drop albums as excellent as F&L and The Cool? Until he shows and proves he can't be in this discussion.
