Hm....this isnt an outlandish statement at all. Even though T&Y is no doubt better lyrically (Not a lot of rappers better than Lu lyrically anyway) I personally love both the same. Can go either way.

The accessibility argument is kinda iffy too, maybe not with Lupe's current music cuz he switches his artistic direction from album to album, but in general.

I don't think people realize that Lupe has more big hits than Kendrick Lamar without half of the industry hype.
