A lot of people will die...probably a few billion through missiles and all out violence everywhere. The nuclear missiles, will destroy Amerikkka first, because the LORD is going to put it in the heart of Amerikkka's enemies to destroy it with nuclear missiles. Around the world, people will be killed with brutal violence. Some people will die of starvation because once Amerikkka goes down the economic system will collapse, there will be no red cross missions getting people food and water...people will have to fend for themselves.
When this happens, in other countries a lot out mayhem will occur and people will be killing each other, during this time in those countries...the descendants of Israel the men in particular will be transformed into super natural men to overtake their enemies. Think of a bunch of mixed with Samson, Superman, and Hulk type of ability. That is why the scriptures it will like beasts and lions chasing down a flock. One man will merk 1,000 on his own another man 10,000 and will not need a gun to do it and do it brutally.
During the exact hour that this happens the descendants of Jacob that repented will be taken up into the sky along with outsiders (non-Israelites) that will cleave to the descendants of Jacob, just like outsiders cleaved to the Israelites when they left Egypt under Moses.. Those people will be the slaves of the descendants of Jacob that repented. The descendants of Jacob that rejected the LORD and did not live a repented life and the rest of the others that are not Israelites will be destroyed by the missiles in Amerikkka.
The people of Israel that did not repent that are abroad will be hunted down on every square inch on the planet by the warriors of the LORD. These men are known the hunters, because fishing season will be over with. In addition these same warriors will be killing non-Israelite enemies....but they will not kill them all because they will be a remnant of non Israelites that will spared to serve them and the LORD.
After of this is done. That is when the other nations (people that are not descendants of Jacob) will be given the laws of God to learn and follow...when the Kingdom of Heaven is set up on earth.
