If we are talking Marvel Now.........Captain Marvel is Marvel biggest female superhero.
Black Widow has only recently seen a spike a popularity due to her recent film appearances and even now she still isn't as easily recognizable as Storm, she's getting up there though.
Rogue....just no.
Jean Grey........that's arguable but she doesn't have quite the same media presence as Storm does.

To those that don't read Marvel, its prob Black Widow.
Rouge and Jean are dead so they can't be the biggest females in Marvel.....And I may be wrong, but I think Storms new book is on the verge of being canceled.

first they pick the whitest black woman in hollywood to play an african goddess with white hair and blue eyes then they pick the most african woman in hollywood to play a black mutant with blue eyes and white hair.

The teen Islamic Ms. Marvel is more popular than her, due to Marvel's media blitz prior to her first issue.
Invisible Woman is more popular than her, but solely due to people knowing the FF symbol. But they couldn't name a FF story outside the movies.
People know who She-Hulk is, but only because she's big, green and strong. who else could she be?
