Not sure about that.. A will and land trust usually covers all of that.. Don't understand why people with money don't plan all of this while living.. The whole process is an hour or less..

yeah that’s crazy.. u would think ahead of time in case something happens your estate would go to a family member or someone real close u trust if not family
