The narrative is skewed because you guys skew it. Hell, you just said Pau's 7 pts and 2 turnovers are the #1 reason the Lakers lost last night, but that Kobe's 9 pts and 8 turnovers was an "average" game! I mean come on breh, this shyt is blatant. We can get real here if you want to but yall dont wanna do that.

They both were ass, one was playing his first game of the season, the other, was also ass, and has been for most of this season. But imo if you're injured and are gonna contribute something like that then you can hit the bench, Kobe had to play sooner or later so it has to be seen whether or not he'll gain he's old form. That's the difference we see, one guy is knocking off rust seeing what he's even able to do post injury, the other is on some bullshyt.

These LGBTWO fakkits still bragging about their neg rep glitterbombing? There is an inverse correlation between Internet Rep and off-line success.

Yeah but everyone knows that. That doesnt make Kobe's ATROCIOUS return game any more "average" like you just claimed, and it only makes all the "the GAWD returns!!", "OMG its against Toronto, hes gonna score 82!" comments look even dumber. If you noticed, thats why this thread was created. Kobe stans insisting he's different and will come out the gate killing shyt, only for him to lay an egg and the groupies to then fall back. You have to know that that shyt is gonna get clowned.

They were about during the 2007 run. both productive. no reason to throw shade at Duncan cause he was posting 20 and 10.
But Its okay to try and throw shade on Kobe who's had playoffs averaging 32.1 ppg/5.1 rebs/5.2 assts and 29.4 ppg/7.3 rebs/6.1 assts next to Shaq or playoffs where he averaged 30.1 ppg/5.7 rebs/5.7 assts and 30.2 ppg/5.3 rebs/5.7 assts next to Pau. Yall wanna say those players "carried" Kobe but wanna act like Duncan was never "carried" to a ring his damn self by Tony Parker

Don't care about anyone throwing shade at Kobe since the narrative is that he was the man for all of his rings anyway. There's a difference between being carried and playing with someone better than you.

Shaq was better than Kobe from 97-2001...Kobe was better from 2002 and on.

Kobe has always been better than Gasol.

Haters wanna act as if Kobe was led by fukking Pau Gasol of all people while Tony Parker winning the Finals MVP don't count:camby:

You know damn well no one said anything that outlandish. :comeon:

Like I said, we're glad he's back playing. We're gonna always talk that shyt cuz that's how it is after years of arguing and the clowning and trolling ain't even an issue cuz that's the price to pay. When the heats lost we all clowned, its just the nature of this place. But I'll put it this way, yeah Kobe played bad but he has a grace period. Our idiot coach probably should caution on leaning too much on Kobe's production right now cuz he's just coming back. Just a bad night overall, hope Kobe gets better at least cuz I have no faith gasol or f'ucktoni will.

Whens the last time Duncan led his team to a ring? 2005? Definitely wasn't 2007 when Tony Parker was the Spurs best player and Finals MVP.
Shaq was better than Kobe from 97-2001...Kobe was better from 2002 and on.
Oh so Parker winning Finals MVP over Duncan proves he was the Spurs' best player during that run, but Shaq winning in 02 doesnt matter and Kobe was better just because?

:heh: this type of shyt is typical of you guys. No credibility.

Several posters said that shyt. You can say it was in jest but at least one was totally serious when he said Kobe was purposely coming back against the Raps and was gonna do something crazy. And even more honestly thought he was gonna go for 40+.

lol, well they were prolly the ones that vanished after the game. fukk it tho, maybe they thought he was coming back because he had worked his way back to his usual level. I think that's understandable but that's me you might not feel that way. I think its safe to say you won't be hearing statements like that for maybe a few weeks.
