And in the year 2000 all those countries didn't have a Rothschild controlled central bank (our federal reserve)

That's the only reason America invaded these countries

Are all faild countries in chaos due to Obama's mismanagement of foreign affairs.
At the beginning of President Obama's administration, he decided to prematurely withdraw American combat forces from Iraq during a time sectarian violence was on the rise.

Shortly after the withdrawal, a power vacuum ensued between competing militia groups which Isis became the winner of controlling most of Iraq today.

After failing in Iraq,Obama decided to remove Moammar Qaddafi from Libya without a plan on who was going to replace the leader of the country.Libya today is a terrorist haven where there is no functioning government or any type of societal institutions.Mainly because of President Obama's inexperiene in terms of foreign policy.

Yemen, a friend of the Iranians, decided they were tired of their American puppet leader who did not serve them as a people so they removed him from Office with guns. As a result,Obama gave Saudi Arabia the green light to launch air campaigns on the poor small country called Yemen.Mainly because the people do not want to accept the American puppet leader.

Syria, another destabilized country, in choas due to Obama conducting airstrikes across the country during the entire civil war is a failed state. Moreover,Obama insist Assad must go,but he has no plan on who will replace him just like in Libya. So why would anyone trust Obama's judgement if he failed in Libya,Yemen, Iraq and now Syria?
The withdrawal of troops from Iraq was already agreed upon before Obama was in office. GW Bush signed a withdrawal treaty that said we would pull out of Iraq by the end of 2011. The agreement is called the Status of Forces Agreement, you can find out all you need to know about it with a simple online search.
You could fault Obama for not re-negotiating the agreement between his being sworn in as President and the 12/31/11 deadline though.

I agree that removing Qaddafi from power in Libya was an unnecessary move. Obama felt the same way at first too. He was willing to speak out against Qaddafi and give public vocal support to the Libyan rebels but there was no plan to actually intervene despite the hard push Obama was getting from Susan Rice and Samantha Power who felt that the US had to intervene to prevent a possible humanitarian catastrophe. Hillary Clinton was also initially against the US going into Libya. She was working to convince allies in Muslim countries in the Middle East to provide support to the Libyan rebels but was not on board with any US intervention until it looked like Qaddafi was about to squash the rebellion. That was when she joined up with Rice and Power and the three women succeeded in getting Obama to agree to US military strikes on Qaddafi's forces.
Of course no one seemed to put much thought into what happens after Qaddafi was ousted and the Obama Admin can be criticized for having a "pie in the sky" philosophy that it was up to the people of Libya to decide where Libya would go as a country post-Qaddafi.

The situation in Yemen is a clear example of geo-politics at work. Saudi Arabia wanted to move on Yemen and the US wants to maintain its partnership with Saudi Arabia so we basically have told Yemen to kick rocks and are co-signing whatever Saudi Arabia wants to do because they are more important to US interests than Yemen could ever be.

Syria is also a mistake on Obama's part because the last thing that needs to happen in that part of the world is more destabilization as a result of the removal of another strong man. Assad may be a dikk but he is a dikk who is better in charge of Syria than whatever could possibly result from the vacuum that would pop up in his absence.
Syria is a perfect example of the devil you know being better than the devil you don't know. But we are in a pissing match with Russia over who has the most influence in that region of the world so we are actively trying to remove Assad as a blow to Putin which is short-sighted.

So on the scorecard I would say Obama is responsible for shytty foreign policy decisions in Libya and Syria.

He gets a pass on Yemen because that was a case of a bad situation where American interests conflicted with any humanitarian measures one would have liked the US to attempt.

Removing troops from Iraq was completely out of Obama's control so he gets a pass on that one too.
