Na
I am currently :mindblown:.

How is this white man saying more about and for black people than actual black people (ie. politicians)? He's hitting damn near all the buttons. White privilege, police brutality, mass shootings, criminal justice reform, prison reform, legalizing cannabis. Is he the white Obama? :whew:
No cuz obama would say both sides

For and about black people. Not about everything. I'm being specific to the topic: the betterment of black people.

Though those two CBC tweets you posted are in fact interesting. Especially that Jobs and Justice bill.

Again. That shyt makes no sense and is not fukkn true. It's trash ass takes like this that leads to people voting for Trump. Him and his stupid "nobody was talking about this before me." No. The reality is that you're not familiar with any black politicians not named Cory Booker or Kamala Harris.

Members of the CBC and Progressive Caucus talk about this shyt every day. Wesley Bell who just got elected as St. Louis County DA talked about this throughout his campaign.

You guys approach issues like ambulance chasers, so you don't have any concrete knowledge of the lawyers and legislators across the country who advocate for black issues. Beto isn't doing or saying anything that other black politicians haven't been doing or saying. He's just a white guy, going up against a hated white Hispanic, in one of the largest states in the nation, for one of the most visible positions in Congress.

And Barack Obama, Jeh Johnson, Valerie Barrett, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, and Susan Rice. But yes, I don't see them on the national news networks, so I'm not familiar with them. I expect media, especially black media, to make me familiar with them. Put them in front of me so I can hear what they have to say.

But honestly, the overall point you're making, I can agree with.
