Interview got awkward as hell man :damn: long pauses and checking with the manager if you can speak.

That shyt had me uncomfortable. What's wrong with that nikka? nikka seems all delayed in his speech. Weird coming from a rapping ass nikka too

Lyor tryna eat off both of them separately for now, he's saving a project like that for later to really cash in on these guys.

300 is such a perfect idea for a guy like Lyor. Super low overhead, exploiting quick/up and coming talent from the beginning, maximize profits. The profits are smaller today than they were under Def Jam back in the day obviously, but from a business perspective it's a logical way to approach the music business today with so few people buying albums.

But it turns artists more into property than ever before. He owns these dudes. And he has a schedule that dictates how and when they will be exploited. When they're no longer worth shyt they'll be thrown in the bushes.

Migos should have just hired a dope manager and promoter and kept it moving. Very few ATL artists matter 2-3 years after they debut. You gotta make as much money you can and try to keep re-inventing yourself or keep providing hits. They're doing the latter but things aren't as hot as they were 1-2 years ago. They don't got time to lose money or momentum because 300 is more focused on something else...
