Watch the video and stop relying on others opinions SMH. Dude is legit
Dude is playing against mediocre players at best. I've seen enough of his videos to have an opinion. And you can reup this post or thread when you see him next year in college and realize he's not as good as you thought.

Fun fact:

There are more 3 star recruits in the NBA than 5 stars
:jbhmm:That ain't what these articles say:
Do High School 'Stars' Lead To NBA Success? - RealGM Analysis
BasketballRecruiting.Rivals.com - Crunching the Numbers: Recruiting rankings and the NBA Draft
374: Ranked in the final Rivals150 for their high school class (or 80.1 percent).

201: Finished high school as five-star prospects.

127: Finished as four-star prospects.

46: Finished as three-star prospects inside the Rivals150.

54: Ranked as three-star prospects outside of the Rivals150.

8: Ranked as two-star prospects.

31: Unrated as high school players.

Is he good or not?

He's athletic, he seems to have great feel for the game, and he has completely irrational confidence. But....

He has a natural scoring instinct. Bro is a legit player but he looks small. How tall is he?

Like I said in the first thread, he's listed as 6'2" and looks like an inch or two shorter than that to me. That's too small for that kind of game in the big leagues (unless you on some otherworldly Nate Robinson-like athleticism). I see him being a solid player for a D-1 school but I don't see pro potential at all unless he suddenly sprouts up to a legit 6'5" at least.

He's ok. But he's being hyped because he's white and he has some athleticism.

He wouldn't get the same kinda hype if he were black, but he'd still be hyped. I don't remember anyone ever putting on a single-game dunk/shooting display like that one that was making the rounds earlier. He's the classic overhyped high school superstar no matter what his color.

Everybody gets hyped off ballislife, however. his whiteness does play a factor, but that's because whites are generally seen as less athletic :manny:

The kid does hit shots tho, if he can do that in college and gain a couple of inches he'll land on a roster

He needs a lot of gym time on that shot before it's anything NBA scouts will consider a positive. Don't be deceived by highlights - everyone hits all their threes in the highlights.

He ain't even on any NBA radar yet. I'm not sure you realize how many 3* there are out there. Right now there are over 100 5* and 4* guys ranked above him in his class alone, and then hundreds of other 3* he competing with beyond that. He has a LONG way to go before he's NBA caliber.
