I said it in the other thread. When people know someone who’s abusing drugs, they don’t give a fukk. There’s no tough love or PSAs or interventions or preaching. It’s only after someone dies that people wanna get on their soap box. All these people saying shyt about Mac’s drug use now that he’s dead should’ve said or did something when he was still alive if they cared that much.

As a recovering addict and alcoholic myself, nobody can tell you shyt when you’re in your addiction. You have to want it yourself. At least that’s what finally got me sober. All my other sober friends were the same way. The law, friends, family, etc can’t make you wanna stay clean. You gotta really want it yourself
