RIP...Mac was so talented.
I still find it hard to listen to his music these days bc of how open he was with his drug use and struggle w depression. It’s almost haunting to hear him predict his own fate

I wasn’t interested until I heard him on some statik selektah albums. I like a few of his solo tracks but this one made me a fan.

MAC was so much more unique than all of these other white dudes using the triple time flow, dude had his own sound and identity unlike Logic, G Eazy ect.

Actually remember smoking a joint with Mac Miller outside of the shadow lounge in Pittsburgh in Fall 2008. This was after Barack Obama won the election and I was DJing a show And went outside to take a cigaret break.
