Anyone in here Haitian and can translate some of the Haitian Creole on this?

Rough translation of the hook on kriminel

“They say I’m a criminal
Look I’m not a criminal
It’s them the criminals
They’re the ones that are criminals”

What’s dope about the hook is the connection to the skit before it.

The skit before it is a recording of a homeless child in haiti criticizing the government of Haiti. She’s saying that if the government did its job that they wouldn’t have homeless children living on the streets. The child runs off for some reason and the person doing the recording than says that they didn’t see the child with any adults (implying that the child was an orphan)

I don’t want to delve too much into beef or criticizing Benny but I think a major difference here are imagination and language. I go into a Benny and Conway project knowing exactly how they’re going to rhyme, exactly what the references will be conceptually, etc. Super nikka gangsta shyt. Plug this, plug that, I’m gonna beat you up like an athlete, road to riches something something bytches, etc. You can only do that so long before it gets tiring and predictable.

I don’t know what Mach’s references will be. I don’t know what his similes or metaphors will be. He’s funny. He can be cold as fukk (as in a dikk). These are all things that stand out and make his shyt interesting. Similarly they’re things Roc Marci does too. Roc can rap about being a super thug all day and get away with it due to his humor and references. Basically you can call it the MF DOOM principle.

Been saying. In fairness, Conway has no ceiling other than the hood wet blanket weighing him down. I laughed my ass off when all of a sudden mutton chops was the one. And I like Benny just fine.

Spesh > Benny

Ig live with West/Mach and Elliot Wilson. I'm fukkin wit the gawds vision 4 Ayiti in regards 2 technology being an avenue of agency :obama:

So Pray For Haiti and HWH8 are gonna be continuations of each other like OB4CL and Ironman :ohhh:

That means there's definitely more Mach features :banderas:

I wouldn't be surprised if that's the project where we get a reunion track with Mach and Conway and maybe Benny since West always has surprises on the Hitlers :jbhmm:
