nikkas always dragging something. Everybody was fukking with BOP and Plugs 2 when it dropped, but now Mach dropping and its they wasn't all that... I really think it's because of the more mainstream names associated with the projects. But at the same time I don't see nobody talking bout his Pete Rock album with Smoke DZA and features from Con, West and Styles that dropped before these mainstream projects and that shyt was fire too.

I like HBO but it's a distant third in his discog for me. It's just not as consistently great as The Gat and Dumpmeister.

It’s very recent. Maybe they’ll get cool again. Al didn’t tweet out a peep about hard lemonade despite having 2 beats on there, which is highly uncharacteristic of him. Usually he tweets support for anything he’s involved in, and definitely everything Mach related. He doesn’t talk shyt, so you kinda gotta read between the lines. I didn’t even know he produced on Hard Lemonade until months later.

And like I said, Knxledge had the problem too, and it sounds like Mach threw a jab at him in this new song (the discord bar where Knxledge was talking shyt).

Mach sold that Spook album for hundreds and Knx probably gave him the homie discount for all them beats

That's cool, I aint never single you out. And out of all the shyt nikkas dropped over the last 365 I'm on record not liking Awesome God 2, and not caring much about WMTSS and the Big Ghost joint. I'm just anticipating Hitler 8 and GDMM.

I listened to Plus 2 once and never revisited it. No interest in coming back...because it sounds exactly like I thought it might sound. The same flow, the same phrases, and while the beats are largely wavy it's just not fresh enough to keep me interested. How long we gonna listen to dudes release the same album over and over? At what point do we demand or expect some growth? Not saying I want to hear Benny and Conway rapping about index funds and inflation but...I need something else. Still gonna peep TT4 when it drops but yea. At least with Spitta, Roc Marci, etc...they're funny. Spitta talks about being a new father, Roc got jokes. They lighten up the mood and make shyt interesting to the point you can delve into a new project that reminds you of shyt from 6 years ago.
