How the hell has Brown been able to underachieve at Texas so long? It's been four years since McCoy left, how has he been able to be there so long?

Athletic department more concerned with making money than winning games. Check our baseball and basketball teams as well. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, current AD is going to be stepping down.

Recruits, but doesn't develop. They pull in the talent, but the coaching just isn't there. That program will get back on track when they reboot with a new coach next season.
