It's a cool song. The only song I've heard of his and liked mainly for the beat and chorus.

As far as Macklemore, if his album was Yelawolf or MGK status on the charts, he wouldn't even be brought up. I don't really remember there being much if any backlash over him being a XXL freshman or him being on 106 (before he dropped the album).
