I really beented shiitting on dude since he blew up a few months back (and i'm from Seattle too).


Every time i'm in the car with somebody and the song come on or at work when the guys in the back have it blasting through the work speakers.... i cringe everytime.


Then i see this guy performing on SNL and you know what? He's really passionate about his craft and you can gauge it in his enthusiasm/charisma when he's in front of a crowd. That element i miss about hiphop, which was so reflective of the genre during the golden era.


Still don't care too much for his music, but i got respect for what he's achieved from not much at all and going against what's typically popular in the culture.

They only play it on the pop stations here in Bama, that shyt ain't touched the hip hop stations...
