Brehs....I just left the movies. :wow:

This shyt was too fire :wow:

1. This was not a feminist mocie. It was a movie with strong female lead and a few bad bytches :wow:

2. Tom Hardy didn't talk much but he was dope as fukk :ohlawd:

3. The action incredible. The end half was my favorite. Those stunts :wow:

4. The make up and story was awesome. Simple story but dope. The end was dope too. :lawd:

5. I'm ready to see more Mad Max. I might have to go back and watch the originals.
:to: I didn't expect the scene near the middle , haven't seen a movie
chick from transformers to die . Or the whole there is no green :to: expected Nux to die but still that ending witness me !!!
i like when a movie treats the audience like adults doesn't spoon feed you max back story or furiousa or the brides really . You piece the world together By listening

just got back from it. best movie of the year? an instant classic? sorry I don't see it.

the movie held me and the action set pieces were really tense and exciting but the hype got lost on me. also felt like it was furiosa's movie and not max. in fact max didn't really even need to be in the movie. wasn't even his story. furiosa was the true protagonist.

amazing care went into the production though. wow.

all in all a decent, fun time at the movies but not sure if it's something I feel the need to reccomend. I dunno Ive never seen any of the mad max movies so maybe I'm not the target audence member. Wasn't the mindblowijg experience for me like it seems to be for a lot of ppl.

great movie, can't wait to get the BluRay but like the guys said at doubletoasted.com, the studio probably forced Miller to put Max in this. Miller probably wanted to make a movie in the same world as Mad Max with Charlize as the lead but the studio made him throw Max in this. Not sure why it was rated R, i guess just the pure violence pushes it over the threshold. go see this in 2D, i saw it in 3D because it was the next showtime available but the trailers on TV are more brighter/colorful than what you get with 3D, it was too dark in 3D...

Or those big stick things that was teetering these nikkas back and forth :dahell:

Breh, do you know how athletic and coordinated you got to be to drive a bike off a rock and throw grenades with pin point accuracy:dahellwhat:

One dude jumped onto the rig with a chainsaw:dahellwhat:

Who...the...fukk...is driving around with a chainsaw on the outside of there car:dahellwhat:

That is a level of :demonic: I can't even comprehend...

Yeah I know mufukkas are out here throwing grenades from motorcyles...and throwing exploding spears...and driving cars completely covered in spikes...and shooting shotguns and automatic weapons...and we flying through acid sand storms that rip cars apart...but fukk this bytch ass nikka on this rig:demonic:...pull up close...and hand me that chainsaw:demonic:...fukk it don't even pull up close pull up at the back so he can see me revving it while I run across the top of the rig:demonic:

I disagree. Like The Road Warrior this is a story of Max finding a population where a conflict is taking place and he's caught in the middle of it, first fending for his own than out of necessity only to help lead them out of choice. I see a lot of criticisms about how Max is underdeveloped or it doesn't feel like his movie which is hilarious to me because he has a very clearly defined character arc:

One that literally starts with him saying he's a man reduced to a single instinct, survival, only to, at the end, fight back against the nightmares and visions of losing the ones he loved and search for redemption helping the others, which may very well lead to his own death, which is in direct juxtaposition to his opening statement that he only tries to survive.

He is literally the driving force behind the final act. Without him, there literally wouldn't be one. And of course they most likely would have never reached that point without him either.

My face from start to finish... :dwillhuh::why::krs::damn::banderas::wow::deadrose:

Incredible action brehs. This might be the best summer flick this year.

Amazingly, it felt like Mad Max was a supporting character. Women should be championing this flick.

Should I see this 3d or normal 2d?

3D at a quality theater. George Miller filmed this specifically to be watched in 3d

http://movieweb.com/mad-max-fury-road-will-be-shot-in-3d/

On 18 May 2009, it was reported that location scouting was underway for Mad Max 4.[19] After exploring the possibility of an animated 3D film, George Miller decided instead to shoot a 3D live action film, and at this point plans to make the animated film were immediately dropped.[

"We are doing 3D on Fury Road - we are shooting with real 3D cameras," Dr Miller told INSIDEFILM.
The $100 million-plus film will receive the Australian government's 40 per cent Producer Offset rebate and is currently in pre-production.

"Seven years ago we were going to shoot in 3D but the technology in cinemas wasn't geared for it then but I always loved 3D or stereo," he said.

The site is also reporting a rumor that Miller is building his own 3D rigs and cameras for the film. A rep would only say that Miller, "is working on new 3D advancements" for the film.

Exactly . It was ingenious to have max play the role he did and the parallels between him and furiousa . He had gave up hope , she didn't . They played his reluctance so well in the beginning how he even shot the chick and was like :yeshrug: he was a presence the whole movie and to me you don't have to have a million lines to be the star , hardy was a force of nature and has a ton of charisma . Now he's established max for future stories in other places where he winds up helping others
