I hate to be in here running bbl defense but usually when they get it they hyper focus on its cleanliness. They're more likely to have bad breath with a squeaky clean, scented ass than anything. I get how it COULD smell… healing and dead fat cells and all. Basically tricking your body to add fat to an area that doesn’t have that in the genetics plan.

But I think a lot of it might have to do with the womans overall hygiene, diet, the kind of procedure, the doctor performing the procedures (might be different for different doctors), how it heals, etc.

I’m sure any doctor worth his salt is going to tell these females what to expect with healing and going forward but
