blame the nfl, nfl told all the players 3 years ago to get the tattoo artist to sign a copyright release form to be able to be in the game, Kap is the only player to do it thus far, so and its a start, so hopefully players see him in there like and get they copyrights in on they tats

right now the nfl is still going thru a lawsuit for nfl street where tattoo artist sued them for putting ricky williams tattoos that the artist did in the game, so nfl dropped the hammer

Madden got sued for old players back when they had the old teams. Lost. But 2k got contracts for their teams. If they couldn't. It was a generic white guy. Madden would make everything the same but change rice's number from 80 to 81

Madden got sued again for players is NCAA with the same number change thing. They never pay college players so they lost. 2k hasn't put out a college game since 2008

Tyson's tattoo designer sued hangover movie for using that tattoo. They settled out of court so there's no ruling on the books. So madden is not putting it on, on purpose


But really ea is cheap as fukk. Granted you have 52 players on a football team. And a max of 15 per bball team. So paying off the NBA players is easier than the nfl players

But ea got way more money and still won't do it. They kept tats in the latest live. And ufc. So it must be a football thing. Or 2k simply saying fukk it. Come sue us.

But it's been a couple times rich ass ea could have bought out some people and got old teams and tats and whatever else they want. And just don't do it. Why spend the money when you got no comp on the market
