That's what I was gonna say @Lootpack. I was running sprints up and down the sideline just minutes after I tore my ACL. I just couldn't cut at all. They held me out of practice for three days and then had me come back, and it was only when I badly reinjured it the first time I had to brace myself on contact that they realized what the initial injury was.
