It's a good game bogged down by repetition. Play it in doses and it'll be better usually. 7/10.

the setting is damn near perfect (they included the swamps as well)
They actually speak creole
Missions are actually fun/albeit repetitive when you're trying to take out hideouts.

I haven't finished it yet because I game at a snails pace (I'm assuming I'm about 35-40 percent into it) but it's okay, repetitve but okay
but to be honest I enjoyed Mafia II more so far. When I think of the term Mafia I think of Goodfellas and Casino and that game embodied that vibe more than this one
This game feels more like movie Dead Presidents with Larenz Tate than it does a Mafia flick

Like @Take It In Blood, I do single player games at a snail's pace but even with that considered, everytime I boot this game up, the shyt is so beautiful.
