Do you mean government Q4? (July to September). Or Q4 with regards to the business sector (October to December).
In any case it takes 30 days to ship from China to LA, so we'll start seeing the consumer effects on May 10th. 15 days after that supply chain issues will roll to the Midwest (30 ship days + 2 truck weeks to get to texas). If something does miraculously get worked out we won't see the benefits until 30-45 days after an agreement (and that's generous). In the meantime China is replacing u.s. imports with imports from other countries (in Brazil is now shipping more soy to China to replace the previous u.s. exports).
I agree and I don’t think he’s going that route. It’s all about cutting new trade deals.
