I see that in the town I just purchased in last year. Houses in my community are getting purchased by Indian families and the school system is the same now. Our community has mostly 700 to 800k and above houses and they drive that price up with ridiculous offers to get in. Talking with my Indian neighbors and my daughter’s friend’s parents from school, most are on the HB-1 visas or OPT and waiting to get that visa.

The white people in my community have witnessed the demographic shift over the last 7 years, and even mentioned it to me as if they weren’t mad when my black ass moved in last summer

It occurred to me what I thought was a joke or slight regarding the whole Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) thing as Trump giving out “make believe positions” was actually what Elon instructed Trump to do.

I’m wondering that he didn’t want an actual established position that already had a set of rules attached to it. They’re defining the new role’s place in government rather than following a traditional standard procedure and constraints.
