You're missing the point. It's not about defending someone because I "know them" or idolize them -- that is actually the same logic people are using to smear him. Nobody here knows Montez personally, yet folks are comfortable making full-blown political accusations based on zero evidence.

The issue isn't who's defending who, it's the casual spread of unsubstantiated claims and the way fake outrage gets weaponized to push agendas. That kind of behavior isn't insightful, it's reckless. And it's why society is in such shyt shape. If you're going to make those kinds of statements about someone's politics or integrity, you should at least be able to back it up. Otherwise, you're not exposing anything, you're just performing.

Which I pointed out before in my original comment that people including posters on here all the time make those type of claims about someone's politicial beliefs with no substantiated claims to back it up.

Yeah that Tribute to the Troops ran for almost 20 years. The E, like legitimate sports, are married to the military on every level and fight for that market share.

That said, if you know Trump is going to be there, you already know what he's going to turn it into it. MF could turn a bathroom stop into a "rally", man never turns down a chance to blow himself. Literally turned a visit to McDonald's into a circus.

Tez is one of those vets that put his military side above everything besides his wife, he's made that abundantly clear. I'll give him grace on this, he was supporting his brothers .
