In my old office (I work from home now) we had one of our software developers make the transition. Went from wanting to be called Kevin to Lisa and coming into work dressed as a woman. People their also told me that "she" also speaks in a falsetto all the time now to sound like a woman but can only do it for like 30 seconds and "her" voice starts cracking and the man voice starts coming through.

We had one old school dude that damn near ended up fired because he's like "fukk that, he still got a dikk so he's a man to me". It didn't bother me but I would definitely avoid contact as much as possible just because i got a smart ass mouth and would probably make a joke that would offend "her".
