I just want to make sure I understand what's going on. For the price of 10million dollars over two years, or Dez Bryants 1yr franchise tag, or 1/10th Michael Jordan's annual royalty check from Nike, Chicago will create 5000 jobs aimed at curbing violence and economic depression.
