He's an upstanding self respecting person with a master's degree. I don't understand why groups of people are stigmatized based on a minority of said group

Nevermind the fact that I thought you were a male using the word "fabulous". You feeling disrespected on any level if someone believes you to be gay comes across as you being more susceptible to a stigma than anyone else.
