Kobe ranks way higher as a guard, theb Duncan does as a forward and if u list Duncan at center, he goes lower....Kobe is arguably a top two guard, top five at the worst..

So when was the WC tougher than when Kobe and Shaq together? U had tje Spurs, a loaded Kings team, loaded Blazers, Dallas was loaded...Minnesota was.a low seed but had a prime ATG great..Magic and Kareem feasted on garbage in the 80s...the West was also real formidable during Kobes run with Gasol as well.

Kobe is an all time great and I love him, but he's not Magic and he's not Kareem. Both of those guys were special and both of those guys helped make that Celtics/Lakers rivalry what it is by actually WINNING more series than they lost. They're all fukking amazing so this stupid shyt about Kobe being the GOAT Laker needs to stop, just because we didn't get a chance to see the other GOAT lakers doesn't mean you can just discredit them because Kobe is your favourite. :kobeshrug:

He also got his ass bounced by Kobe/Lakers repeatedly throughout the 2000s. There's a reason the Spurs never wona back to back:
After they won in 99, the Lakers won in 2000.
After they won in 2003, the Lakers got to the finals in 2004.
After they won in 2007, the Lakers got to the finals in 2008.
Repeat-blocked the shyt out of them repeatedly and Kobe had some of his best series agaisnt the Spurs.
