Tragedy hit him up to do this collab mixtape from some record label, this was around 05. Maino signed the deal to do it, and then Tragedy got the money from the label for the tape and ghosted Maino and never gave him his half.

Down the line they was at some industry event together, and Maino's goons beat up Tragedy put him in the hospital. (Naure and Mega were with Tragedy that night, neither helped).

P was lookin out for them. Putting them on his movie and getting them all kinda looks. Sherm and Lake n them “allegedly” decided to rob P and jump him at his event. Mega stood there and watched. Sherm has issues with P because P retaliated and his Hempstead nikkas touched Sherm(which Sherm didn’t expect). I just felt like he was funny style for not atleast trying to prevent it from happening being that him and P was good and just did music together. It's the BET red carpet and this was in 2011. Big Sean ain't have that kind of pull or money back then for him to bring his own security to an event like that. If you're Jayz and Kanye sure, the event would probably have security for those types anyways.

Not exactly true according to mega...you gotta figure mega had a vested interest in being cool with Mobb Deep being that they were giving him opportunities...but he also had nikkas in the street that he was loyal to for other obvious reasons...so it seems like he was kinda caught in the middle.

Trag is a musical genius but he probably needed the Maino situation to happen. He could have died if there was more money at stake. He really had developed a reputation of disrespecting/jerking around the wrong people.

In the LA LA video where the dude was kidnapped and thrown off the bridge... according to Trag that really happened to him when he was younger, but he survived. That type of stuff happens to people who steal from the wrong people.

Yeah, if you know Trag's history...he just has a rep for doing people dirty no matter what he's involved in...he brings a street/hood mentality to the business world, and it has gotten him fukked up on a few occasions....and don't get me wrong...I fukk with Trag's music heavy...but he talks righteous and says all the things you want to hear but then his instincts seem to have him operating differently.

Like you said...he admitted in his documentary that he was kidnapped for stealing/robbing someone of their work and was dumped in a river and left for dead...and people still look at him funny for the killa black situation.... his rep definately isnt the cleanest.
I mean Nore has commented on how Trag took advantage of them on the CNN deal back in the day...so when I heard the story about Maino I wasn't surprised in the least bit...even Mega was on Drink Champs commenting about how he doesn't fuk with him on a certain level.
