Fukk that. I want my friends to shyt on my work publicly (and privately) if they aren't feeling it...especially if publicly is my entire angle for asking them. Be honest, so I can step it up, and WE'RE still gonna be friends afterwards. Then the public will know that if I put out something they're feeling, it's genuine, and not just because of our relationship, or my status.

The world is built on relationships, and your success is greatly tied to that, however, this is also contingent upon what you bring to the table. You're only as good as your value to them, and once you no longer have that value, there goes that relationship. If your value is tied to great production, you should expect nothing less if they don't fuk with something.

After watching the full interview, I can’t tell if B. Dot just has a terrible a$$hole personality or if he just outright doesn’t respect Maino. Maino has low key been wasting his time if he really feels like this dude is his “friend” anyway.

Of course, that’s just based on this one convo. They could have a great relationship outside of this and maybe B. Dot has helped him on some real shyt or something. But there’s no way you can really ever be “friends” with someone this condescending. Also possible he just is acting like this because he’s nervous and this is some defense mechanism or something.
