Mainstream Game Series You've Never Played Before

I've played like 10 minutes of Pokemon

Everything else I think I have touched at one point or another. Took me a long time to play a FIFA game though, I think the first one was 08

The storyline won't grab you if you dont play them in order

In order of each title's release or in chronological order (are the games released in true chronological order?)? I'm quite liking IV right now, but yeah, the story isn't necessarily grabbing me too tough. I have almost all of the other games too, cept for 3 (and traded in 1 long before getting far into it; it's blandness kilt it for me), but I've only played a couple of hours of 2 and barely anything of the rest.

Call of Duty (Treyarch games only I've played the IW ones)

Virtual Fighter

King of Fighters (Any SNK fighter really)
Metroid (I played a few minutes of Other M but none of the other ones)
Mega Man (Only played the X series and none of the classic series)

and i see you in alot of threads in here, you are not a gamer if you were never curious enough to atleast try these games, and how did your friends not convince you to play them atleast once

Gotta play them in the order of release, ESPECIALLY the Ezio trilogy(2, Brotherhood, and Revelations) because you will really be lost...


1 was bland but really the horrible game play is what distracted people from the actual storyline which was pretty deep and dope as fukk to me.... and really Assassins creed 1 was really short if you just stuck to the main quest and ignore all the little side challenges that were irrelevant... I say cop it digital for like 5 bucks and tough it out for a few hrs.. its worth it to play this series in order

Word. I did find the concept of how the storyline is pretty intriguing, just never played any of the games long enough to get deep within it. I do have quite the inkling to do so though, as that's why I've actually bought most of the games. As I stated before, 3 is the only game I didn't actually buy at some point...oh and Liberations on the vita, which I still also was quite interested in for the black female protagonist alone, but I wasn't feeling the neg reviews and didn't wanna pony up that high price tag for it. I still own part 2 and all of its expansions though.

I never played Pro Evolution Soccer
I don't think I've played a baseball game since Bases Loaded (shout out to the homie Car)
I don't think I've played a hockey game since the snes/genesis era either (do they make those any more? )
