You may make 125k in SF but you probably don't live in the city. You probably don't even live close to the city. There is a reason why the traffic there is nuts and rush hour takes forever. No one can afford to live in the city so they are pushed further and further out to have a decent lifestyle. That is a fact of life for a lot people that are trying to buy a home are even rent in todays market. Same is true of most of the costly major cities in the US.

Just this morning at work I’m in the breakfast line a couple people behind my boss, he gets up to the cash register and his card declines for some links, eggs and a juice…I’m standing there like da fuk..he told the lunch lady to try again and she did, shyt declined again ..the lady behind him hands him some cash, not sure how much she gave him but he pays and then he walks off with this embarrassed look..about a half hour later I went to his office to chop it up and I asked him what was wrong wit the lunch ladys card reader and he just flat out said “Nothing..that was all me, 2 ex-wives and a mortgage leaves the tank empty”…I changed the subject after that but it got me thinking..damn yo..we gotta learn how to manage our money better than this, that’s unacceptable..stop living above your means brehs..whats the point in having a 5 bedroom house if you cant buy hot links and eggs, brehs.

my advice to anyone is to start some kind of business....you can do it part-time if you have a job....

inflation is 3% brehs....everything goes up in price by atlleast 3% every year...except salaries....

you have to have multiple streams of income....and INVEST....not save... INVEST

First off, don't let the your employer take taxes out of your check, pay your own taxes

have your job pay not you, but your LLC, just make an LLC, what your name is LLC, that' where your pay check goes

you work for your LLC and your job is paying your LLC for your time, so now you personal don't make any money, your LLC does

So know you can write off your mortgage, the money you spend on gas, lunch, etc

You shouldn't have a mortgage either, find a someone to seller finance you a house, or get a land contract, if you have a good job like that it won't be hard to find someone would do that for you

be a real nikka like me would just buy a trailer for 5 racks and save up enough to cash out a lot in an area I want to live, and just then just build a house for 20,000 that' worth 200,000 upon completion
