For me it would be a Nas solo album (8 songs) , executive produced by Rick Ross(say what you want but his ear for beats is amazing) and No ID. Features would be Jay-Z, AZ and Lauren Hill
Second album would be a weed super group album by curren$y, snoop, wiz, Devin the dude, smoke dza, dizzy wright. Laid back jazzy production for the younger artist, for Devon and snoop I would have them rap over funk / soul sampled beats.
