For me, I want to see Suga Free release those projects he was talking about last year

I really got to come to grips with the possibility that the last of my interests in the genre may end and die with Suga Free and DJ Quik, really the only thing I'm looking forward to.

Gucci Mane is kind of in a lane of his own as far as I'm concerned and although he may be an archetype of what's popular today and I listen to his work and not other acts in his lane - I don't really consider this to be the hip-hop that I listened to growing up. I don't see the resemblance at all, it's like we evolved from two different origins. With that said I enjoy Gucci Mane's work - usually a few cuts on every project.

I haven't been following E-40, maybe he gives me something to get back into his work

It would be a nice surprise to see Dam-Funk and Snoop drop a sequel to the 7 Days of Funk album
