Take advantage of online courses (MOOCs) to learn material and get some credentials. What are you good at? Try to find a way to monetize those skills.

Speaking of online courses, Udemy.com allows anyone to teach as well as be taught. Start off offering free courses, move up to paid courses. If you've got a skill, you can teach it. Just don't be like the scam artists on there.

The easiest thing for you to do would be eBay and Amazon. I've been doing both for a long time. Do you have any money to start buying items to resell?

Start finding items on craigslist and researching them on eBay and Amazon to see where you can make a profit. Craigslist is full of lazy people who don't want to learn how to ship items (and scammers... so beware).

Ask any questions you have. It's seriously the easiest way for someone without much experience to hit the ground running to generate some extra cash.

Don't bother right now trying to figure out how to come up with web sites to generate ad revenue. It's beyond you right now.

yeah job corps is a sweet gig and they got some extra funding in the '09 stimulus so they expanded a little. they don't even need to be in your area, you go away and live in a dorm environment. i put my 19 year old neighbor onto that shyt because he was just wasting time. they provide you with airfare and a taxi voucher if you can't get a ride to the airport. you get trips back home for thanksgiving and christmas. little biweekly stipend for doing good. a $1k+ bonus for completing the program of your choice. free medical and dental.

If you live in a ghetto area it's best to try to use a relatives address and go to a one in a nicer location

I did that shyt back in the day, the one I went to offered all the microsoft certs, a+, c+, ect.. finished the program and they paid me CASH like 1600 or something for finishing the program in like 9 months. Can't remember it's been awhile lol

oh. the aspect of the program i'm most familiar with from telling these fools around me that school isn't for them if they are 19 and just going in the 12th grade is the one where they go away like it's college and living it up away from their parents. i didn't know they offered options where it's like high school where you live at home and go to class.
