Whatever the reason it was it was not smart. With the amount of traffic this site gets google spiders our going to be crawling this site non stop bring in search engine traffic.

These potential new vistors won't join with out seeing what the community is about.

The conversion rate for organic sign up is going to drop terribly.

Prolly need to get this server up to speed. This place was quiet as fukk a some hours ago so I can't imagine that the server we had could sustain that wave. But yeah, it should prolly be like homegrown where you can browse through some threads then it disables the shyt. That was it cuts down on un needed extra traffic and pushes people to join off that preview shyt.
