Joe I feel is an entertainer, but wants and tries to be taken more serious, which ironically makes him even more entertaining. He's still the "star" of the podcast so long as he has people he can feed off of. He has that 'love to hate him/laugh at him' appeal which is evident by the laundry list of L's that would greatly humble the average person, but he seems to brush them off and even embrace them to the point where it seems narcissistic.

Rory and Mal are good at networking and leveraging connections which are the vital traits that got them this bag I feel, but as on the mic talent they are hugely lacking and it shows with the quality of the podcast. I see people that were hugely rooting for them say they can barely ever get through an episode. My biggest curiosity about their movements is how do they try and improve the actual product after seemingly getting the bag.
