You can't parachute or open any of the doors in a nosedive.

at cruising altitude its gonne be cold as fvck up there. Like -5 or even colder

40-50,000 feet isnt a safe distance to parachute from. Maybe some type of space capsule can do it with a much larger parachute but it has a "head start" by re-entering the Earth's atmosphere

if you somehow make it out of the plane (and arent violently sucked out), you'd have to concentrate on your free fall, like that dude Felix Baumgartner did last year (from 70,000+ feet) and he had on a special suit and helmet

the pressure at that altitude (and severe cold) might likely kill you (hence a pressurized aircraft) just like if you went deep sea diving and your suit failed
