I legit went to schools that were 90-95% black from Day Care through Undergrad lol.

What is the effect of our children growing up and never seeing blks in leadership positions in their schools and communities?

I also wonder if this bothers other communities too or if they are just trying to assimilate so they don't worry about it...

They will pay me adjunct pay next year which will be even better.

But my research is actually all about how a lack of culturally relevant instruction has negative effects on AA boys.
When I mention school to prison pipeline and correlations between blk kids having majority of their instructors coming from a different culture and disproportionality of AA boys receiving suspensions and being categorized as disabled, I always get the best faces.
