You can't usurp a thing if you just watch from the sidelines. By my efforts, I at least give it a fighting chance. I don't respect or accept that defeatist attitude you are showing in this post.

I'm not privy to who is a troll or covert on this board. Don't care either to be quite frank. I only care about being a part of the solution.

As far as Malcolm goes. Who gives a shyt... are you paying attention to the message or the messenger?

I came in here, saw the story and it lit a fire under my ass. So from my perspective.. you appear to be part of the problem right now. If you truly believe the only way to get things done is to teach at Dr. Umar's school, you are saying that it's OK to leave all the children in public schools behind to fend for themselves versus women like the one in the OP. I can't go for that.

I hope you reconsider your position. Too many children have been and are currently affected by bullshyt like this.

I responded to your sentences about Malcolm. Again, that part is wholly irrelevant. The debate you want about that is between you and him. I will not debate that with you as I have no interest in that topic. It is a distraction to what is important to me.

As far as the message versus the messenger goes, you took that too literally. In no way, shape or form should Malcolm be the focal point of this discussion. We have a story about a white nationalist intentionally feeding our kids bullshyt, and trying to recruit more to do the same. What in the hell does Malcolm truly have to do with it?

anyone realize how this lady was just TRYING to overcome all the barriers put in place to curb her ideas? ducked the principle. she tweeted and scoffed at a written piece on racism in the classrooms. it didn't matter what people tried to tell her or encourage her. she has her own personal ideas and fukked up conclusions.

the real care for concern is the seemed lack of care that a woman like that is inside classrooms. but that's "seemed". can't tell much from reading an article. but one thing is clear, some people just aren't suppose to be teaching.

Yes. It is irrelevant. Wholly. What Malcolm said and did is in the past. At this very moment, we have a problem in public schools. That should be the focal point. Does debating someone who you deem a troll help right now or tomorrow? Does him posting this story and getting me fired up to act make him more or less of a troll? As the poster to whom you're responding pointed out, outside the final image in my original post, the detour Malcolm's life took after his departure from the NOI is immaterial to a story about an open white supremacist boasting about her infiltration of a public school system to teach the doctrine of white supremacy.

Nothing new here, but a good example for public review. This woman looks like the typical teacher who is employed in schools with large black populations. Even if she weren't the host of an outwardly white supremacist podcast, she would still be who she is. A white supremacist.

How many other teachers like her are teaching black children? But they just happen to not host a podcast?

How many teachers like her don't identify with white supremacy but are white supremacists?

How many teachers like her are nice and sweet, yet don't believe their black students can compete academically?
