did the documentary say this? if so I damn sure ain't watching it.

Malcolms demise was his own doing, there are youtube videos of him saying this himself - he publicly shamed and disrespected Elijah Muhammad - the feds weren't a part of that.

any argument put forth that the NOI was an organization of man-children that were easily infiltrated and manipulated by the govt is nonsense.
You sound extremely foolish

You really need to watch the doc before jumping to a bunch of conclusions. You can always defend your viewpoints more accurately after, I watch all 6 episodes last week.

There is some truth to the Malcolm disrespect of Elijah Muhammad and some NOI wanting to kill him however Elijah spoke against harming Malcolm before he was murdered.

When they edit SK out i will...and i'm not alone in my opinion apparently :pachaha:

Breh dont pay no mind to twitter. Shaun King may be in there for prolly a few seconds. shyt honestly I dont even remember seeing him in there. Thats how forgettable his part is. The documentary is deep and they went deep and presented facts and the evidence to back up everything.

I can't believe more black folk watched Making a murderer than this. In the early 90's Malcolm X was so revered....now in this so called woke era black folk are apathetic towards him. Malcolm X is one of the few heroes I have in history. By far my favorite civil rights leader.

IMO one of the most relatable civil rights leaders also.
The man's whole life from jail to getting out for the BETTER is something so many people can look at positively (not saying they can lead like Malcolm but to become a better person out of jail).

They said this in the first episode, the one I watched.

And the fact that Malcolm died broke showes that he was really about what he was preaching. He wasn't in it to skim off the top like Elijah Muhammad was.

I always enjoyed his speeches but also felt like he wasnt all the way 100 because he has lived for so long and never really had any major scandals arise. You know how the government likes to change the narrative on certain people. Its like they just let him do him which always had me like :jbhmm:
Exactly... the real ones usually get taken out. Farrakhan did a million man march and still no smoke from the government

A lot of you nikkaz think you’re really smarter than you are.

I saw the whole series and initially cringed at the likes of a Shaun King being in it as well as an Al Sharpron :scust:. Let alone Henry Louis Gates having a hand in the production.

But me, unlike a bunch of fools I see on here figured there was something to be gleaned from this SIX part production. And I was right. There was some things revealed even you know it all nikkas wasn’t aware of.

Only a FOOL would come into a thread about a six part series and having turned it off after the first part, continue to post in said thread.

:rudy: nikka quit crying.

Somebody saying they are in protest or in disagreement with something is just as valid as saying you agree with it. It's called a well rounded discussion.

I bumped the thread because it mysteriously died on here, yet picked up steam on social media
and what I initially suspected turned out to be true given what people who have watched it have said: THE NOI killed malcolm.

spike lee not only put that in his movie, but in the accompanying book that went with it (which I own as well)
