Detroit Red didn't write this book .. This was a factual account from El hajj malik el shabazz's mouth. He wasn't calling all white people devils here , hes just giving us a story from his past.



Its good to know you feel one of the most influential books in black history is nothing more than "shyt".. This "shyt" changed my life along with millions of other brothas. Log out if you dont like it devil.

I remember being 13 wondering why everything was so terrible for me and so good for all my white friends at school, which I had a lot of because I got transferred for gifted.

The guidance counciller knew me from the old school in the neighborhood and he hit me with this book like

I feel like Malcolm X Autobiography is the sequel and suffix to To Kill A Mockingbird, if that makes any sense.

I read it for the first time a few years and it opened my eyes I was taken t win me everywhere on the bus, wherever I could read it
